Ethics training for the General Assembly

Today, I see that they are having ethics training for the General Assembly.  Great idea.  But, bottom line, will this accomplish anything?  I seriously doubt that anyone involved in the Tennessee Waltz meltdown did what they did because they just didn’t know.  Naive conclusion.  But, I guess training is a good way to say that “we are doing something about it”… right?
