How can they do this?

I am shocked.  Taxachusetts has done it again.  They are now requiring Wal-mart to carry the morning-after pill.  Why would the government have the authority to mandate to retailers what products they must carry?  My bad, I thought we lived in a capitalistic society.  Lenin and Trotsky would be so proud.
