Who is al Qaeda voting for for President?
And, the long-awaited endorsement is in… and the award goes to John McCain… That’s right al Qaeda has endorsed McCain for Presdent.
“Al-Qaeda will have to support McCain in the coming election,” said a commentary posted Monday on the extremist Web site al-Hesbah, which is closely linked to the terrorist group. It said the Arizona Republican would continue the “failing march of his predecessor,” President Bush.
You heard right. Al-Qaeda is endorsing John McCain for President. And it isn’t hard to figure out why (but we’ll explain anyway):
The Web commentary was one of several posted by Taliban or al-Qaeda-allied groups in recent days that trumpeted the global financial crisis and predicted further decline for the United States and other Western powers. In language that was by turns mocking and ominous, the newest posting credited al-Qaeda with having lured Washington into a trap that had “exhausted its resources and bankrupted its economy.” It further suggested that a terrorist strike might swing the election to McCain and guarantee an expansion of U.S. military commitments in the Islamic world.
“It will push the Americans deliberately to vote for McCain so that he takes revenge for them against al-Qaeda,” said the posting, attributed to Muhammad Haafid, a longtime contributor to the password-protected site. “Al-Qaeda then will succeed in exhausting America.”
By the way, AL QAEDA, America can bankrupt itself without your help. So get your greedy paws out of our stock exchange!’
So, don’t you think an endorsement by al Qaeda is really a “hopeful endorsement” of Obama. Seriously, by saying “we want McCain”… don’t you really think that they “really want Obama”… because, they have to think that their endorsement won’t go too far in the United States. Anyway, this is silly and pointless to even discuss. I would hope that few American voters have been standing by to make their voting decision based on the input of al Qaeda.

“So, don’t you think an endorsement by al Qaeda is really a ‘hopeful endorsement’ of Obama.” Even though you didn’t end that with a question mark I’ll just assume you were asking a question and answer you very briefly…NO effin way.
So according to Jim Woosley and apparently you as well, when AQ supports Mccain it’s a sneaky reverse psychology technique.
But Mccain’s own web site talks about how hezbalala has said some very nice things about Obama.
In summary, if terrorists support Obama we must take it on face value, but if terrorists support McCain, we can only assume that they are trying to trick us into voting for Obama. Oh.My.”god”
This should have been a non-issue in the first place because it was just some contributor on a militant web site. But instead of just letting it die in the mud Mccain HAD to have a conference with reporters about it.
I hope AQ expand on their reverse psychology campaign. I can’t wait to see the headline, “New Bin Laden video shows him reading porno mags.” Then maybe he’ll circulate a viral photo all over the internet of himself concentrating really hard coloring a picture of an Israeli flag with a caption that says, “I f*ckin’ love Jews.”
And then If everything goes to plan, Obama will be in office, we’ll all stop looking at porn vowing only to read the ku’rawnz while we’re on the toilette, and sever our ties with Israel. If only we had seen through those sneaky tactics, Mccain could be in office and we could have our porn and hotdogs and Jesus juice.
You were right about America being able to bankrupt itself without any help though. Greenspan testified today before congress and I think the phrase that pays was when he said, and I’m paraphrasing, “banks can’t regulate themselves without screwing over shareholders and ruining their institutions? Who knew?”
Christopher Cox was the phrase that pay runner up when he said, “somewhere in this terrible mess, laws were broken.” Indeed, Mr. Chairman, but unfortunately the industry has been so deregulated you’ll be hard pressed to find those pesky “wrong doers.” Whereas you could probably find plenty of cases where they were operating within the law, but still contributed to the crisis.
